I  put up some of my public broadcasts, classes and workshops in the Acquaviva Blog - there is a 5-day pranayama detox, some 5-minute yoga sollutions and some of my musings on the subject of Yoga and Life...  Free for all members

Yoga Solutions Live  broadcasts....

Every Tuesday at 10:30am (UK time), Marc broadcasts a live class in his  Facebook group  &   Youtube channel in direct response to people's questions  about the body, yoga practice and how to resolve physical complications in practice.

There are also interviews and workshop snippets on the Youtube channel and Instagram/IGTV
