About The Event
Join me for my regular celebration of the body re-treat!
These workshops are informal, informative and based on the needs of participants. So feel free to turn up with questions about a particular posture, or an area of the body you have trouble with - anything really and answers to your question will be incorporated in what we practice...
And whatever we explore it will be for the discovery and enjoyment of new, natural and harmonious relationships between ourselves and the body, so there is always an approach to postures that means there is a version for everyone from initiate to seasoned teacher... Themes usually build into an elegant flow class that expresses the harmony of the relationships we have uncovered.
There is always time for a guided deep relaxation at the end to integrate things.
