About The Event

Saturday 5th - Monday 7th May 2019

10:30 am - 1pm each day for 3 days

(Exploring the Conditions that awaken you to your body's innate natural intelligence)

A unique opportunity to dive deep into an experience of this transformational Yoga, with Marc J Acquaviva at his home and in his beautiful new garden space.

It used to be that these events were reliant upon the weather behaving, but this is no longer the case as Marc's garden space is both sheltered from the elements, and completely open to the garden. If it is warm, the bifold doors open fully to the garden and we can expand out into the garden itself if we want to practice on the grass. If its a nice day but cold, there is even high-tech eco underfloor heating that will keep us warm whilst the space can remain fully open to the beautiful garden that it is nestled in. Even if it rains, and we need to close the doors against the elements, there is still a feeling of full-immersion in the garden because of all the glass.

The point is that Marc's garden is a magical place, and this is an early opportunity to experience the magic that can happen.

You can book for this long weekend retreat for just £90. Over the run up to the event, it may be possible to book for individual days (subject to availability @£35/day).

Each individual session will contain enough to transform your practice, but the three days in succession will make for a complete experience that will stay with you for life.

Over the three days, Marc will be sharing an overview of his work, taking you through each of the 'Conditions' that lead to the direct experience of the yoga.

The work is deep, so it is suggested that you make sure you have the afternoons free so you can assimilate. You could go to the beach, or take a walk at the local park. Somewhere that allows you to immerse in nature in some fashion is the best. Or if it happens to be a cold day, you might want to go for a sauna or do something else that nurtures you.

Book now to avoid disappointment.
