At times like this, more than ever we need to get in touch with who we are at the core of our beings - it is a time to get real with ourselves, and the reality is that we all need deep self-care on both a physical and emotional level... These workshops will be centred on precisely that - practical guidance in self-nurturing and self-care practices.
We also need to be able to stay connected with like minded people, and the people that are drawn to work with me are similarly interested in personal development and the satisfaction of the soul...
