About The Event
These workshops are informal, informative and based on the needs of participants. And whatever we explore it will be for the discovery and enjoyment of new, natural and harmonious relationships between ourselves and the body, so there is always an approach to postures that means there is a version for everyone from initiate to seasoned teacher... Themes usually build into an elegant flow class that expresses the harmony of the relationships we have uncovered.
There is always time for a guided deep relaxation at the end to integrate things.
Also if you are a yoga teacher looking for how to run groups online - I have a great deal of experience, and you could pick some tricks up as well as have a deep and meaningful experience.

This ticket is FREE for Platinum members (£27 for everyone else) The ticket gives you a live and interactive place for the Saturday morning workshop on 19th DEC 2020, ONLINE via Zoom (see confirmation email for registration details). The workshop will be recorded and if you are a member of the website, Marc can give you access to the recording - this will be for Gold members and people that book the workshop only.
