This is a 3 hour Women Only workshop followed by homemade vegan lunch and will include useful soothing practices, pranayama supportive to pelvic health and there will be opportunities for hands on work with Abigail if you would like individual attention.

About The Event
The morning will have a luxurious 3 hours of practice created for your personal needs on the theme of Yoga for Pelvic Health CPD Workshop taught by senior yoga teacher Abigail Acquaviva in her private studio (directions will be sent with your booking). A delicious homemade soup and salad will be ready when you rouse from savasana (relaxation) to complete your morning.
The workshop is suitable for complete beginners, dedicated practitioners, birth-workers and yoga teachers. Whatever your background you will find practices that will support and promote your health and your clients.
The day will include; useful soothing practices, pranayama supportive to pelvic health and there will be opportunities for hands on work with Abigail if you would like individual attention.
Abigail is a perinatal yoga teacher, doula and co director of the Acquaviva School of Yoga. She specialises in prevention or recovery from common injuries associated with pregnancy. Abigail started practicing yoga in 1997 and teaching in 2000, delighting in the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, herself a student of Iyengar and Desikachar. Vanda started studying yoga when she was 40, widowed and with grown up children. Vanda is an icon, showing that we can reinvent ourselves at any age and like Vanda, Abigail has found Yoga to be a compelling interest and is also deeply supportive practice through many challenges in life.
This ticket is for the 3 hour workshop without lunch.
