About The Event

These workshops will give you a brand new way of understanding the body, as well as a direct experience of what becomes possible when you are able to shift the way you physically relate to the world around you.

Morning workshop: 10:30am -1:00pm - for any level of experience including absolute beginners.

Afternoon workshop: 2:30pm -5:00pm - for those with some experience of yoga as well as for body workers, and of course teachers.

Emphasis is not on achieving postures, rather Marc uses the approach to yoga postures, sequences and breathing practices to show how removing conflict in action, and creating other appropriate conditions, can lead not only to a radically different experience of the body, but also a developing understanding of how to solve physical issues directly simply through 'listening to the body'.

'Creating the Conditions' is Marc's proprietary development of 'Scaravelli inspired' yoga practice, and he uses it regularly to help people extricate themselves from various diagnosable joint/spine problems and other health issues. He is also spreading the work further through his yoga school (The Acquaviva School of Yoga) via the practitioners and teachers that come to heal themselves and learn how to help others with this mindful and transformative approach to body work.

Cost:

Morning Workshop: £30

Afternoon Workshop: £30

Both workshops: £45
