This is a self nurturing retreat specifically designed for women with any pelvic issue and is looking for solutions that really make a difference. Although this a retreat for self-healing and nourishment, it is completely appropriate for any teacher wishing to gain CPD for use with her own teaching practice.
Arrival is on Sunday from 17:00, you will be welcomed, shown your room and served a delicious meal before a gorgeous yoga nidra and chanting before bed.
Monday - Wednesday have an optional pre-breakfast classes to gently soothe you into the day. There is a morning workshop every day led by Abigail and the afternoon session is an opportunity to ask questions and get specific help for any physical issue you would like help with with the exception of Wednesday afternoon where you have the opportunity to venture out or spend longer in house enjoying the facilities.
Thursday also has an optional gentle pre-breakfast class and a final morning workshop before departure at 1pm.
The retreat is women only and all sessions will be taught by Abigail. Marc Acquaviva will be on site to hold space, offer optional 121 sessions and hold chanting by the fire after dinner.
Areas of women's health covered, will include yoga for:
Early mensturation, including period issues
Fertility, preparing for pregnancy
Don't forget your swimming costume for the wonderful sauna and heated pool for a fabulous post yoga indulgence.

About Brooklands Barn
Brooklands Barn is a stunning 19th century Sussex barn converted into a truly unique retreat space.
There is an impressive open plan living area, dining for 20, with log burner, ten large bedrooms, eight ensuite, two share bathroom, two dedicated Studios and two dedicated Treatment Rooms. There is an Indoor heated Swimming Pool and Sauna, Temple Spa toiletries, quality linen & towels. There is underfloor heating, free WiFi & On site parking for approx fourteen cars,and two acres of private gardens with panoramic views including Arundel Castle. It is just a15 min walk from the historic town of Arundel.
Abigail is Co-founder of the Acquaviva School of Yoga and Co-facillitator on the ongoing Yoga Development Courses with Marc J Acquaviva.
Having delved deep into other trainings, including; the Esther Myers School in Toronto, pre & post natal pregnancy yoga training, Doula work, as well as a MSc in Engineering, Abigail brought her own extensive experience, intelligence and deeply nurturing skills to the School.
She helped found the School so that she could go through a training with Marc herself, and has been working side by side with him ever since to develop and bring to fruition the vision that they both hold for this Yoga and for the School.
